Abstract: 

AbstractContext and purpose. The purpose of this research is to design a model for the development of cultural and creative industries through economic tools and mechanisms and the integration of creative and cultural economy.Methodology/approach. In the current study, the qualitative method of grounded theory was used and the in-depth interview technique was used to collect information. The sampling method of the research was purposeful and snowball methods with theoretical saturation criteria and interviews with 20 experts in the field of creative and cultural industries. open, axial and selective coding processes was used to data analysis, and after that, the grounded theory emerging from the data was presented in the form of a story and visual model, and based on them, definition and classification were carried out for the application of the development of creative and cultural industries. Findings and conclusions. The results have shown that training and empowerment of cultural and creative industries and culture building in the field of cultural and creative industries act as intervening conditions to encourage business owners to create cultural and creative jobs, and these three-dimensional conditions in interaction together have caused the development of cultural and creative industries and the dynamics of the economy and moving towards the creative economy, and the consequence of that is the creative ecosystem approach to economic benefits and economic profitability and cultural development.Originality/innovation. Abstract: 

Objective: The Islamic Republic of Iran, as the flagship of the modern Islamic civilization, should pay special attention to culture, especially by cultural managers who play a crucial and sensitive role. One of the most important books that can guide cultural managers is Nahj al-Balagha. In this book, the fields of management, methods of governance, and their missions are appropriately explained in the words of Imam Ali (as). This study aims to present the competency model of cultural managers from the perspective of Nahj al-Balagha. Method: This study, in terms of its applied objective, uses a qualitative and theoretical framework, and applies a library method to extract and analyze data through extracting excerpts from Nahjul Balagha, including Imam Ali’s sermons, letters, and wisdom. The obtained data were then analyzed and categorized through content analysis. To validate the data, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 15 cultural experts and university professors who were purposefully selected through targeted sampling. Finally, the data were classified and analyzed. Findings: The findings of this study from Nahj al-Balagha, which is extracted from Atlas ti8 software, indicate that there are three dimensions that have been categorized and analyzed through interviews with the community of research experts: (a) individual cultural dimension, with self-management and self-efficacy components, religious commitment, moral strengthening, spiritual strengthening, and positive thinking (b) specialized-skills dimension, with components of future orientation, management ability and art, skill and support of employees (c) religious-values dimension, with components of courage and decisiveness of future managers, righteousness, respect for the rights of others, friendliness towards people, and having ideals. Conclusion: According to the findings, it is suggested that these dimensions should be included in the agenda of policymakers for the selection and appointment of managers, especially cultural managers.

Abstract: 

A cultural activist for his operation needed to the compiled and codified models, if he hasn't the Islamic model, he may use the commonly used models that have been made and modelzed in workshops of Western culture and the West attacks against activists as well as the soft war-based through the models and offer their as prepared models. This study seeks to provide an appropriate model for cultural activities at the university. According to the new research about the model properly cultural activities on campus, qualitative research method is used. Data of this study has been collected by conducting semi-structured interviews with twenty-one out of Hozavi (seminary) and university professors by holding brainstorming sessions attended by seven of the participant students. The main components of successful and unsuccessful models and patterns of cultural activities at the University have been collected and by using the Theme Model Analysis was classified. Among these components, the concept of "cultural activities" meaning "a set of cultural integrated, coordinated actions to achieve a social objective, which was designed and operated based on knowledge and recognition of the environment" and the definition of cultural activities have been introduced as a optimal model. Then, to explain different aspects of the issue 34 sub-themes were extracted and these themes were classified into three main themes of: "axis of cultural activities at the University," "targets of cultural activities at the University" and "principles of cultural activities at the University".

Abstract: 

Firms’ tax amounts represent cash outflows from firms to the governments. Cash flows which could be invested and create value for the firms. Therefore firms have been tried to restrict those cash outflows through implementing different tax policies. This research is about to develop and test a tax policy predictor model. Statistical model consist of 85 public firms listed on Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE). Structural equation modeling is the statistical instrument. Religion and trust in public sector are proxies for cultural values. Results indicate that cultural values affect firms’ tax policy while intermediating variables are in and have no impact when those intermediating variables are not included. Other findings show effects of capital structure on tax policy development by firms.

Abstract: 

John Rawls model of “democratic peace” by recognizing “peoples” and distinguishing between the “democrat liberal”, “hierarchical nobles”, “Burdened”, “Benevolent Absolutism” societies and outlaw governments in international arena visualizes international justice in line of “reasonability” and not rationality in relations among the countries. This concept of justice puts aside universal moral foundation in favour of “political overlapping consensus”. Now the question is whether this model of democratic peace recognizes cultural diversity in international arena. The critical argument of the present paper is this model is trying to recognize this diversity with taking advantage of the concept of reasonable pluralism, but eventually it also leads to a dream of universal utopian image of the moral foundations necessary for well-ordered international community, in a way which can proceed to humanitarian intervention and just war against the detestable “other”. The finding of the study is that by certain modifications in “democratic peace model” we can consider it successful in recognition of cultural diversity. Therefore, on the basis of this modification democratic peace by offering a “minimal approach”, “conceptual essentialism” and “realistic-utopian view” neutralizes cultural radical relativism and universalistic liberalism in world policy making.

Abstract: 

This research is objective and applied research and in terms of data type, compilation (quantitative and qualitative), and as a method of data collection, a descriptive survey type. The statistical population of this study is all the experts in the field of cultural management and information management, especially in the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, of which 30 were targeted as a statistical sample. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire. The main dimensions and elements of cultural information management based on library studies and theoretical foundations (theories, methods and models) and the study of the history of research in Iran and the world in 4 dimensions and 23 components (6 components of identification, 5 components of documentation, 6 components of organization And storage, and 6 diffusion and application components) were extracted and provided to the respondents for confirmation. The results of factor analysis in all cases confirmed the extracted components based on the theoretical foundations and the literature of the research. Due to the high load factor of 23 components of cultural information management from 0. 4, all of these components are used in the final model.

Abstract: 

This article presents a cultural convergence model in Iran. Iran’ s cultural diversity and the encounter between globalization phenomenon and Iranian culture are the two basic necessities in designing the cultural convergence model as the optimum cultural management model in Iran. The method employed in the research was descriptive-survey and a questionnaire having 70 questions was the data collection instrument. The statistical sample included 22 Ph. D. graduates of cultural management and planning. The reason for selecting this sample was their scientific and cultural expertise in management and cultural planning. Cultural convergence, is the most effective approach in managing the impacts of cultural diversity and based on the results of this research a model having four dimensions and eight components was designed as cultural convergence model in Iran. These dimensions and components included strategic dimension (clear common cultural goals, effective cultural leadership), social dimension (commitment to common cultural goals, social trust), cultural dimension (intracultural communications, intercultural dialogue), and skill dimension (cultural intelligence and cultural creativity). Furthermore, the effective factors and their significance in creating and development of cultural convergence and divergence were specified.

Abstract: 

Culture drives beliefs and expectations that in turn shape behavior. Behaviors lead habits and it is habits that create the future. Strategies are very important, but it is the culture that determines the success of strategies. Neglecting the hidden dimensions of the organization will lead to the collapse of the organization because the culture is the root, identity and unique personality of the organization for this reason, to manage cultural risks that are considered a kind of crisis, the culture of the organization must be constantly monitored and analyzed. But there is a lot of evidence that culture is the most overlooked element in organizations. The goal of this research is to design an operational model of the cultural audit to create a healthy and strong organizational culture. This research has been prepared in two parts. In the first part, 5 components affecting the creation of healthy and strong culture has been identified by comprehensive research literature and use of questionnaire and the experts opinions. Then model confirmed through factor analysis and PLS method. In the second part, the implementation steps of the organization's culture audit are explained and outlined in 9 steps, Based on the results of this study, it was found that activating cultural capabilities, establishing defensive lines and use of soft and hard controls and skills in operational, regulatory and control processes, improve the level of intelligence and readiness of the organization to identify risks and implement preventive measures and it creates a healthy and strong culture and institutionalizes the components that affect it.

Abstract: 

The goal of this article is designing a model for education system's cultural policies. This research is qualitative (data) and applied (goal) and is based on Grounded Theory approach. The final model is represented by referring to the experts and three levels of coding. Statistical society is consisted of managers and experts of state and non-state organizations, members of Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, the minister, managers and experts of education minister of Iran. by using snowball sampling method and goal-based sampling, 50 experts are referred. Data gathering is via interview and questionnaire. A questionnaire (formed by nine validity index) for determining degree of the proposed model suitability is used. Cronbach's alpha of the questionnaire is 0.89. One sample t-test is used for analysis of data. The final model is represented by 22 features based on scientific and research foundlings, analysis of similar policy-making model in other countries and the researcher's experiences. The model's suitability degree is 4.153 from 5 and the final model is confirmed by 99% of trust.
